Happening August 13th-14th, the Oyster Fest has an array of activities for the whole family to enjoy.
On Saturday the 13th, take part in the Oyster Shucking Contest featuring some of Cape Breton’s star shuckers, and sample Aspy Bay oysters during the demonstration at the Hideaway Campground and Oyster Market located in South Harbour.
Be entertained by the sounds of local musicians at our Pub, featuring Deron Donovan & Guest. Sunday the 14th bring the kids to watch action at the Softball Game and Tug-of-War Competition and cheer for your favorite team as they try to win the Oyster Cup! Join Cabot Trail Adventures, located in South Harbour, on a Guided Kayak Tour of Aspy Bay, where the famous Aspy Bay Oyster is farmed and harvested.
